Elton Chan is the Co-Founder of Hire Offshore. He has led the business since 2024, building a network of more than 100,000 pre-vetted offshore developers.

Before Hire Offshore, Elton co-founded Branch8, a Y Combinator-backed e-commerce technology firm, and served as Founding Chairman of HKEBA, a business association focused on digital education and cross-border collaboration.

Elton is also Co-Founder of Second Talent, the talent platform behind Hire Offshore.
